What we collect
Account details (name, business name, email, phone), the customer, quote, job, invoice and receipt data you enter, and basic usage data needed to operate the service.
How we use it
Only to run your account: powering features, sending the emails you ask us to send, processing payments, and providing support. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party models.
AI features
When you use AI features (e.g. quote generation, financial assistant), the relevant content is sent to our AI provider strictly to produce that response. Providers are contractually prevented from using your data to train their models.
Your rights
Export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or email contact@tradeaidesk.com.
